What we will not do, and how to tell us

1. 01Everyone here is 18 or overEntry requires an affirmative age confirmation, every character on the roster is an adult, and every character imported to the public roster carries a record of the stated age that qualified her and the source it was read in. A character whose age cannot be established is refused rather than estimated.
2. 02No real peopleCharacters are fiction. They are not built to resemble, be named after, or be passed off as any real person, public or private, and the site does not host likenesses of real individuals. Requests to generate a real person are refused.
3. 03Nothing involving minors, in any framingThis is refused in chat and in image generation regardless of how it is worded, who asks, or what fictional justification is offered. There is no roleplay exception and no wording that gets around it.
4. 04Your conversations stay yoursChats are never sold, never published, and never used as training data. Characters do not learn from anyone else's conversations, so nothing you say can surface in someone else's chat. What a character remembers about you is scoped to your account alone.
5. 05You can delete itDeleting a conversation also deletes what the character remembered from it. Deleting your account removes the account, its conversations, its generated images and its memory records.

Reporting

If you find a character that resembles a real person, appears to depict a minor, or was generated from someone’s photograph, report it. Include the character’s name and what you saw. Reports of this kind are read before anything else in the queue, and a character under review is taken off the roster while it is looked at rather than after.
