What appears on my statement?
URGF DIGITAL, and nothing else. No product name and no category descriptor. The receipt we email carries the same line.
How do I cancel?
There is nothing to cancel. A plan is a period you buy, not a card we keep charging: it runs its 30 days or its year and then stops unless you buy another. You keep everything you paid for until the end of the period, then drop to Guest rather than losing your characters, and your threads and characters stay where they are.
What can I pay with?
Visa, Mastercard and Amex through an adult-friendly processor, plus USDC and BTC if you would rather not have a card involved at all. Crypto payments are not tied to your chat history.
Can I switch plans mid-month?
Buy the higher tier and it applies straight away, with the new period added on top of the days you have left rather than replacing them. We do not take a plan away from you mid-period, so buying a cheaper tier while a better one is still running adds the time without dropping the tier: you get the lower tier when the current one runs out.
Do unused images roll over?
Plan images do not. They reset on your billing date. Credit packs are separate and never expire, and the plan allowance is always spent first. Credits also unlock pay-per-view items in a character's private content.
Refunds?
If something is broken, write to support within 14 days and you get the money back, no argument. We do not refund a month you spent talking, for the same reason a bar does not refund a drink you finished.
